What Customers Say About GARMIN 010-10350-00 Automotive Mounting Bracket:

I would recommend this, it feels perfectly nice and is good quality + comes with all necessary sub parts. all ok with this purchase, it was the needed part, well packaged and arrived in time.

I used it while I was hunting last year and it protected the casing and the screen great. This is a great case. It protects the GPS well and is very durable.

Not happy about the $15 dollar accessory I bought for my 60csx that cost me the whole unit. The first time I used two heavy rubberbands and had no problem with it on my mountain bike.the 2nd trip I transferred it to my road bike, after purchasing the larger handle bar mount, forgot the rubberbands, and it popped out while riding down the road and a nice unobservant driver ran over it and cracked the screen. Bottom line, don't forget the rubberband, it's embarrassing that Garmin requires such a stupid detail for something it sells.Get it right Garmin, this product sucks as is. Don't forget the rubber band. After purchasing, I took it out twice.

So, the mount works, just not perfectly. It "clicks in" just fine, but once the unit is engaged on the mount, there is a bit of play in the connection, so if you are riding a nicely stiff road bike, every bit of road vibration will rattle the heck out of the GPS. The solution to that problem is that I wedge a piece of notecard on the mount, which takes up the slack. It's a bike mount for a GPS, so there's not much to review. It's just OK. The front of the mount is rather fat, so if you mount it too close to your brake cable (as it comes out from under the handlebar tape), you run the risk of over-bending the cable housing, which is no good. It's a decent design, but seems a bit bulky. So I had to mount this very close to the stem, which solved the problem. The other issue I have is that the mounting clip which goes on the GPS does not "seat" on the bike mount very tightly.

It might be a little tight on some handlebar installations (I think any mount would be if you have bells/lights etc), but it fit and does a nice job of holding the GPSMAP 60CSx. This mount was installed on a TREK 7200.
